The hotel is new to the family, but quality and service are a tradition: For over 90 years, the Ablinger Butchery in Oberndorf near Salzburg has been supplying the gastronomy industry in Austria and Germany. Now we show in our own hotel & restaurant how we re-interpret tradition.
