With character, service-oriented, and crazy with a wink of an eye, the Ablinger family, first and foremost Martin and his team, run the zumOXN – a perfect blend of art, class, and style. The hotel is fresh in the family, but quality and service are a tradition: For over 90 years, the Ablinger Butcher's Shop in Oberndorf near Salzburg has been supplying the gastronomy in Austria and Germany. Now we show in our own hotel & restaurant how we re-interpret tradition.
